Warranty Terms & Conditions

Your Golden Sand Product is fully warranty (limited liability) against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the day of registered purchase. Kindly note, This warranty does not cover damage to product caused by accident, misuse, or any way being tempered and does not cover damage resulting from:

1. Faulty installation.
2. Use other than in accordance to the instruction for operation.
3. Any alteration or modification to the product.
4. Any unauthorized repair.
5. Intentional / Unintentional physical damage to the product.

Golden Sand warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, solvents, cleaning liquids, damage during transport, or any modification to a Golden Sand item. We also cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the use or loss of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to the breakdown of colors and materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranties.

We will not honor fake or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims which we suspect to be fraudulent (including but not limited to Intentional/ unintentional damage to products:: Duplicate claims:: Claiming warranty for old product (out of warranty) on basis of new bill of new same product purchased from us or any other platform:: counterfeit products).

Nominal processing, packing and shipping fees of Rs. 100 will be charged for warranty claims.
